2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide and maintain our services, including processing transactions and executing content publishing.
- Process transactions and send related information.
- Authenticate your identity and verify your account information.
- Train, improve, and update our AI content generation models (in anonymized or aggregated form).
- Communicate with you about products, services, updates, security alerts, and offers.
- Monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activities for service improvement.
- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent transactions, unauthorized access, and other illicit activities.

3. Legal Basis for Processing (EU/UK Users)
For users in the European Union and United Kingdom, we process your personal data on the following legal bases:

4. Sharing of Information

- Payment Processors: We use Stripe to process payments. When you make a payment, your payment information is transmitted directly to Stripe and is subject to their Privacy Policy.
- Compliance and Legal Obligations: When required by law, legal process, litigation, governmental authorities, or to protect our rights, privacy, safety, or property.
- Business Transfers: In connection with a corporate transaction, such as a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or in the unlikely event of bankruptcy.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
5. Social Media Platform Integrations
a. Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Data Processing
When you connect your Facebook or Instagram accounts with KampaignKiwi, we collect and process the following information:
- Authentication tokens and permissions you've granted
- Basic profile information to identify your account
- Page/account information necessary for content publishing
We use this information solely to provide the requested publishing and content creation services. We never use Meta data for any purpose not permitted by Meta's Platform Terms. You can revoke access to your Meta accounts at any time through your KampaignKiwi account settings or through Meta's settings.
In accordance with Meta's Platform Terms, you have the right to request deletion of your Meta data. You can initiate a data deletion request by contacting us at [email protected]. When you remove our app or revoke specific data permissions through your Facebook or Instagram settings, Meta may notify us via a data deletion callback. We will process this callback as a direct request from you.
Upon receiving a data deletion request (either directly from you via email or initiated by the Meta callback), we will manually log your request. We will send you an email acknowledging receipt, which will include a confirmation number for your reference. We will keep you informed of the status of your request, including any justifications for refusal to delete data (where legitimate and in accordance with Meta's policies and applicable law), via email.
b. TikTok Data Processing
When you connect your TikTok account with KampaignKiwi, we process the following information:
- Authentication tokens and permissions
- Account information necessary for content publishing
- Content engagement metrics for analytics purposes
We process this information in accordance with TikTok's Developer Terms and use it solely for the purposes of providing our content creation and publishing services. You may disconnect your TikTok account at any time.
c. X (Twitter) Data Processing
When you connect your X (Twitter) account with KampaignKiwi, we process the following information:
- Authentication tokens provided during authorization
- Basic profile information to identify your account
- Content posting permissions and activity
We process this information in accordance with X's Developer Agreement and use it solely to provide the requested content creation and publishing services. You may revoke access to your X account at any time.
6. Google Data and Services Integration
a. Google Sign-In (Authentication)
You can choose to sign up and log in to KampaignKiwi using your Google account. When you use Google Sign-In, we access and may store the following information from your Google account, with your permission:
- Basic Profile Information: Your name, email address, and profile picture.
- Google Account ID: A unique identifier to associate your Google account with your KampaignKiwi account.
We use this information solely for the purposes of:
- Creating and authenticating your account on KampaignKiwi.
- Pre-filling your profile information within KampaignKiwi to simplify setup.
- Communicating with you regarding your account and our services.
Your Google Account ID is stored to maintain the link between your Google login and your KampaignKiwi account. Other information, such as your name and email, becomes part of your KampaignKiwi user profile. You can manage the information linked via Google Sign-In by visiting your Google account's permission settings. If you disconnect Google Sign-In, you may need to set a password or use an alternative login method to access your KampaignKiwi account.
b. YouTube API Services
KampaignKiwi uses YouTube API Services to enable content publishing and management functionality for your YouTube account(s). By connecting your YouTube account and using these features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service ( https://www.youtube.com/t/terms).
When you connect your YouTube account with KampaignKiwi, we access, use, and store the following information:
- Authentication Tokens: Securely stored tokens that grant KampaignKiwi permission to act on your behalf on YouTube, within the scope of permissions you approve.
- Basic Profile Information: Your YouTube channel name and ID, to identify your account and display it within the KampaignKiwi interface.
- Content for Publishing: Videos and associated metadata (titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails) that you instruct KampaignKiwi to upload or manage on your YouTube channel.
- Permissions: The specific permissions you grant KampaignKiwi to manage your YouTube content, such as uploading videos, updating video details, or viewing analytics.
We use this information solely to provide the requested YouTube content publishing, scheduling, and management services. Your YouTube data is handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy and is not used for any purpose not explicitly stated or authorized by you. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your YouTube data, including encryption of sensitive information like access tokens.
Access tokens and related YouTube data are retained only as long as necessary to provide you with the connected services or until you choose to disconnect your YouTube account from KampaignKiwi. You can revoke KampaignKiwi's access to your YouTube data at any time via the Google security settings page at https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions. Upon revocation, we will cease accessing your YouTube data.
7. Google Privacy Policy
As we use YouTube API Services, your data may also be subject to Google's Privacy Policy. For more information on how Google collects and processes data, please refer to the Google Privacy Policy at http://www.google.com/policies/privacy
8. International Data Transfers
Your personal information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in countries other than the one in which you reside. Specifically, our servers and service providers may be located in the United States and other countries.
